Proposes an interim study to examine the organization of the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature rulebook

Study scope includes reviewing charts and graphs in the rulebook and clarifying which legislative votes require a majority of elected members versus a majority of those voting

Rules Committee members would be designated by the Executive Board of the Legislative Council to conduct the study

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon study conclusion
