Requires assessment of whether current caseloads comply with statutory requirements and how they compare to national best practices

Examines the number of caseworkers assigned to children during foster care and the impact on case plan development and implementation

Explores strategies to reduce caseworker turnover and evaluates whether current training adequately prepares new caseworkers

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
