Proposes an interim study to examine the current fee structure for reports and filings submitted to the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission

Study will assess whether fees appropriately cover administrative costs and effectively promote compliance with the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act

Study will determine if the commission needs greater flexibility in setting fees and penalties

Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee is designated to conduct the study

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion
