Directs analysis of program outcomes for populations with high health risk factors, high social risk factors, or both

Requires examination of effects on participants' health outcomes, health services utilization, and health care costs

Includes review of Medicaid programs implemented in other states and research studies of private programs addressing social needs

Assigns the Health and Human Services Committee to conduct the study and report findings with recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature
