Proposes an interim study to examine the quality of patient services at abortion clinics in Nebraska and evaluate state oversight of these facilities

Requires examination of clinic compliance with state law, physician qualifications and licensing for abortion services, and qualifications for prescribing medications

Directs review of compliance with medical ethics, best practices, and hygienic conditions at abortion clinics

Designates the Health and Human Services Committee to conduct the study, with authority to consult other legislative committees, state agencies, and stakeholders

Requires the committee to submit a report with findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion
