Creates the Nebraska Economic Development Task Force to monitor, analyze, and develop policy recommendations for all aspects of economic development in the state, including long-range strategic planning

Task force membership includes three legislators appointed by the Executive Board plus chairpersons (or designees) from six committees: Appropriations, Banking/Commerce/Insurance, Business/Labor, Revenue, Planning, and Urban Affairs

Requires consultation with the Department of Economic Development and Department of Labor on economic and workforce development issues

First meeting must occur on or before June 30, 2026, with subsequent meetings at least once every three months (not required during legislative sessions)

Task force must submit a report to the Legislature with recommendations, priorities, and plans by December 31, 2026
