Proposes an interim study of all Nebraska Public Employees Retirement Systems administered by the Public Employees Retirement Board

Covers six retirement systems: State Employees, Nebraska Counties, School Employees, State Patrol, Judges, and Class V School Employees

Study will examine funding needs, benefits, contributions, and administration of each retirement system

Nebraska Retirement Systems Committee designated to conduct the study and report findings with recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature
