Authorizes the Nebraska Retirement Systems Committee to conduct an interim study of all public employee retirement systems administered by the Public Employees Retirement Board

Covers six retirement systems: State Employees, Nebraska Counties, School Employees, State Patrol, Judges, and Class V School Employees

Study will examine funding needs, benefits, contributions, and administration of each retirement system

Committee must report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
