Designates the Nebraska Retirement Systems Committee to conduct an interim study monitoring underfunded defined benefit plans administered by political subdivisions, as required by section 13-2402

Requires a public hearing for political subdivisions with underfunded defined benefit plans to present reports on their pension funding status

Committee must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature upon conclusion of the study
