RESOLVED, in accordance with Article 42, Part 2, of the New Hampshire Constitution that the Honorable William M. Gardner, Secretary of State be requested to lay before the Senate the return votes for Governor and Executive Council.
RESOLVED, that the vote for Governor and Executive Council be referred to a Select Committee consisting of two with instruction to examine and count the same and report to the Senate.
