Repeals Article 72-a of Part 2 of the New Hampshire Constitution, which currently vests judicial power in the supreme court, superior court, and legislature-established lower courts

Restores the original language of Article 4, Part 2, giving the General Court (legislature) full and unqualified authority to establish all courts and judicatories in the state

Removes the constitutional guarantee of the supreme court and superior court as independently established judicial bodies

Requires approval by 2/3 of voters in the November 2026 general election to take effect

Would shift control over the court system entirely to the legislature, eliminating constitutional protections for the existing court structure
