Proposes a constitutional amendment to abolish the fixed compensation amounts currently paid to New Hampshire legislators per elected term

Removes the $250 per term compensation for presiding officers of both houses and the $200 per term compensation for all other legislators

Retains mileage reimbursement for actual daily attendance on legislative days, limited to 45 legislative days or until July 1, whichever comes first

Maintains $3 per day compensation plus mileage for special sessions called by the governor or two-thirds legislative vote, capped at 15 days

Requires approval by two-thirds of voters at the November 2026 general election to take effect
