Proposes a constitutional amendment to add Article 4-a to the New Hampshire Constitution, granting the legislature (general court) power to establish a commission to oversee the judicial branch

The oversight commission would be principally comprised of members of the general court and would have authority to investigate complaints against judges, conduct hearings, and gather evidence

Commission could recommend disciplinary actions including censure, suspension, or removal of judges, and would publish annual reports on judicial conduct and performance

Amendment would be placed on the November 2026 general election ballot and requires approval by two-thirds of voters to take effect

Currently, judicial oversight is conducted internally by the judiciary itself, subject only to the legislature's impeachment power
