Amends Article 4 of Part 2 of the New Hampshire Constitution by removing the exception referencing Article 72-a, which currently limits the General Court's authority to establish courts

Grants the General Court sole and unrestricted authority to erect and constitute all courts, judicatories, and courts of record in the state

Requires approval by two-thirds of voters in the November 2026 general election for the amendment to take effect

The amendment becomes effective upon the governor's proclamation of its adoption following voter approval
