Proposes amending Article 6 of the New Hampshire Constitution to authorize the legislature to allow towns, parishes, bodies corporate, and religious societies to support "public protestant teachers of piety, religion and morality" at their own expense

Grants towns, parishes, bodies corporate, and religious societies the exclusive right to elect their own public teachers and contract with them for support and maintenance

Prohibits compelling any person to pay for teachers of a different religious sect or denomination than their own

Provides that every denomination of Christians shall be equally protected under law, with no subordination of one Christian sect to another

Amendment would be placed on the November 2026 ballot and requires approval by two-thirds of voters to take effect
