Removes RSA 72:61 (definition of solar energy systems), RSA 72:62 (the tax exemption itself), and RSA 72:64 (related exemption provisions) from state law

Amends multiple related statutes to delete references to the solar energy systems exemption, including provisions governing property valuation equalization and local adoption procedures

Solar energy system installations would become subject to standard property tax assessments after the effective date
