Exempts retired New Hampshire retirement system members from the mandatory 28-day waiting period before starting part-time employment if they were already working part-time for a different employer at the time of retirement

Clarifies that hours worked during governor-declared emergencies or under the direction of the division of forests and lands for woodland fire control do not count toward the 1,352-hour annual limit for part-time retiree employment

Maintains the existing 28-day waiting period and 1,352-hour annual cap for retirees who were not concurrently employed part-time elsewhere at retirement

Takes effect 60 days after passage
