Prohibits the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides containing brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difenacoum, or difethialone in New Hampshire

Exempts state or municipal employees using these rodenticides for public health activities, drinking water protection, mosquito-borne illness vector control, or documented infestations where other alternatives have proven inadequate

Exempts medical waste generators and FDA-registered facilities compliant with federal pesticide regulations

Exempts agricultural activities at food storage warehouses, food production sites (slaughterhouses, canneries), beverage production facilities (distilleries, breweries, wineries, meaderies), and drug or medical equipment manufacturing facilities

Takes effect January 1, 2027
