Expands the New Hampshire Water Well Board from 7 members to 8 members

Adds a new required position: an active water treatment professional with at least 10 years of experience

Retains existing board composition including the commissioner of environmental services (or designee), state geologist, 2 water well contractors, a pump installer, a technical driller, and a public member

All appointed members serve 3-year terms, may not serve more than 2 consecutive terms, and are appointed by the governor with advice and consent of the council

Takes effect 60 days after passage
