Allows municipalities to prohibit accessory dwelling units (ADUs) from being associated with manufactured housing, adding this to existing exceptions for townhouses and rented/leased land

Amends the definition of manufactured housing in RSA 674:31 to explicitly exclude accessory dwelling units as defined in RSA 674:71

Manufactured housing remains defined as transportable structures at least 8 feet wide and 40 feet long (or 320 square feet when erected), built on a permanent chassis and designed as a dwelling

Effective date is 60 days after passage
