Amends RSA 275:43-a to allow employers to establish their own pay policies for employees who report to work, overriding the statutory minimum pay requirement

Current law requires employees who report to work at an employer's request to be paid at least 2 hours at their regular rate of pay; this bill makes that requirement a default only when no company policy exists

Maintains existing exemptions for county and municipal employees, as well as ski and snowboard instructors at ski resorts who receive equivalent compensation

Preserves the good faith notification provision allowing employers to avoid liability if they make reasonable efforts to notify employees not to report to work

Takes effect 60 days after passage
