Amends RSA 215-C:35 to allow loaded firearms to be carried on snowmobiles when operating on private property where the operator has express or implied permission from the landowner or lawful occupant

The exemption does not apply when access to private property is solely through a public right-of-way, public trail, or designated snowmobile corridor

Existing exemptions for law enforcement officers on duty and persons carrying pistols or revolvers who are not prohibited from possessing firearms remain in place

Effective date: January 1, 2027
