Creates a new "Learning Pod Protection" subdivision in New Hampshire zoning law (RSA 674) establishing the right to provide educational instruction to voluntarily associated children anywhere within a municipality

Defines "learning pod" as providing educational instruction to voluntarily associated children in any designated or non-designated zone within a municipality

Prohibits any zoning ordinance or land use regulation from restricting or prohibiting educational instruction in any area within a municipality, whether zoned or non-zoned

Grants every voluntarily associated child the right to be educated in any municipally zoned or non-zoned area

Takes effect 60 days after passage
