Establishes a legislative study committee to evaluate whether the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture should accept electronically-submitted pesticide use reports, which are currently submitted in paper form

Committee will determine whether electronic submission should be mandatory or optional for pesticide applicators

Study will also examine whether an online pesticide application database could enable automated notifications of intent to spray

Committee consists of 4 members: 3 House representatives appointed by the Speaker and 1 Senator appointed by the Senate President

First meeting must occur within 90 days of passage, with final report due to legislative leadership and the Governor by November 1, 2026
