Changes the deadline for agents to remit OHRV and snowmobile registration fees to the Fish and Game executive director from the 14th of each month to the last business day of each month

Eliminates the separate provision addressing when the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday, as the new "last business day" language makes it unnecessary

Maintains the $1 agent fee for each license type and $5 fee for each OHRV and snowmobile registration issued

Preserves existing penalties for late payments, including a 10% penalty (minimum $10) for delinquent accounting and agency termination for payments 30+ days overdue

Takes effect July 1, 2026
