Amends RSA 357-D:2 to add recreational vehicles (RVs) to the definition of "motor vehicle" for purposes of new vehicle arbitration proceedings

Currently, the arbitration statute excludes off-highway recreational vehicles and snowmobiles from motor vehicle protections

RV owners would gain access to the state's lemon law arbitration process for resolving disputes over defective new vehicles

Takes effect 60 days after passage
