Prohibits the sale, offer for sale, exposure for sale, import into New Hampshire, or use of corn, wheat, or soybean seeds that have been treated with neonicotinoid seed treatments

Allows sellers to request a written waiver from the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food to continue selling or using neonicotinoid-treated seeds

Amends RSA 433:4 by adding a new paragraph III to existing seed regulations

Takes effect January 1, 2029
