Extends state building code compliance requirements to public charter school facilities, treating them the same as traditional public school buildings under RSA 194-B

Includes public charter schools in the list of state-funded buildings subject to building requirements under RSA 155-A:13

Makes chartered public schools eligible for state construction aid grants calculated and disbursed in the same manner as traditional school districts

Charter schools would receive the same percentage of eligible construction costs and the same disbursement schedule as school districts for eligible construction projects

Takes effect 60 days after passage
