Amends RSA 193-E:2-b to specify the resource elements that must be included when calculating the cost of an adequate education in New Hampshire

Required resource elements include: teachers, principals, administrative assistants, guidance counselors, library/media specialists, technology coordinators, custodians, nurses, instructional supplies, technology, professional development, facilities operations and maintenance, and transportation

Codifies these specific components into law to provide a defined framework for determining education funding needs

Takes effect 60 days after passage
