Repeals RSA 310-A:189-b, which currently requires certification to perform residential mold assessments in New Hampshire

Directs the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) to repeal any administrative rules adopted under the mold assessment certification statute

Requires OPLC to submit a report to the speaker of the house and senate president by January 1, 2027, identifying any additional statutory changes needed to implement the repeal

Takes effect 60 days after passage
