Prohibits anyone from acquiring prescriptive easements or rights through adverse use of private roads, ways, driveways, or trails on another person's land, regardless of how long the use continues

Eliminates the legal presumption that extended use of private roads can create an implied grant of rights or easement

Amends RSA 477 by adding a new section (477:34-a) specifically addressing private roads and trails

Does not apply retroactively to claims that were fully adjudicated before the effective date

Takes effect 60 days after passage
