Requires state, county, or local law enforcement officers participating in the federal 287(g) immigration enforcement program to identify themselves by name, badge number, and agency when operating under that authority

Officers must verbally state they are operating under the authority of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement during 287(g) activities

Prohibits participating officers from wearing masks while conducting immigration enforcement activities under the 287(g) agreement

Takes effect 60 days after passage
