Authorizes municipal officers to inspect, investigate, and enforce mold remediation requirements in rental properties

Empowers municipal officers to issue notices of violation and orders of remediation for mold conditions

In municipalities without an established public agency for housing standards, each day of continued violation after notice constitutes a separate offense

Takes effect 60 days after passage
