Abolishes daylight saving time in New Hampshire, making Eastern Standard Time the permanent year-round standard

Removes the current requirement to advance clocks one hour on the second Sunday in March and return them on the first Sunday in November

Implementation is contingent upon Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Maine all enacting laws establishing permanent Eastern Standard Time

The law takes effect on January 1 of the first year after the Secretary of State certifies that all four neighboring states have passed similar legislation
