Permits aftermarket window tinting on front side windows (left and right of driver) if the windows maintain at least 35 percent visible light transmittance

Creates a medical exemption allowing individuals with documented medical conditions to obtain a special permit for aftermarket tinting on the windshield and front side windows

Requires the Commissioner of Safety to establish testing and measurement procedures to ensure compliance with window tinting standards

Allows medical certification for the exemption to be provided by New Hampshire-licensed providers or VA-affiliated medical providers regardless of their state of licensure

Takes effect January 1, 2027
