Repeals the New Hampshire Housing Champion Designation and Grant Program, Partners in Housing Program, Housing Champion Program Fund, and Housing Champion Advisory Committee (RSA 12-O:71 through 12-O:76)

Eliminates related statutory provisions including fund accounting references and reporting requirements for grant or loan funding

Approximately $2.6 million in obligated funds are currently contracted to projects, with about $3 million total remaining in the fund as of October 2025

Three positions funded through this program would lose funding, resulting in approximately $316,601 lapsing to the General Fund

Takes effect 60 days after passage
