Reduces the vessel registration exemption period for out-of-state boats from 30 consecutive days to 10 consecutive days for vessels temporarily using New Hampshire waters

Vessels registered in another state or country must obtain New Hampshire registration and boat fee decal if they remain on state waters for more than 10 consecutive days

Expected to generate indeterminable additional revenue for various state funds, including the navigation safety fund, lake restoration and preservation fund, and statewide public boat access fund

Takes effect 60 days after passage
