NH HB1201

Requires political committees exempt from federal taxation under IRS Code sections 501(c)(4), 501(c)(5), or 501(c)(6) to disclose the identity of their donors in itemized statements of receipts

Removes the current option for these tax-exempt political committees to choose whether or not to disclose donor identities

Eliminates the existing requirement for non-disclosing committees to include a disclaimer on voter communications stating they are exempt from disclosure requirements

Takes effect 60 days after passage
