Expands the legal exception to criminal threatening charges to include displaying a firearm or other means of self-defense against a person who is criminally trespassing on property under RSA 635:2

Broadens the existing exception to cover threats of property damage, not just threats of serious bodily injury or death as currently required

Requires the person displaying the firearm or self-defense means to have intent to warn away the trespasser or threatening individual
