Requires planning board members who also serve on a zoning board of adjustment to recuse themselves from voting on matters previously decided by the zoning board in a quasi-judicial capacity if they participated as a voting member

Maintains existing law allowing up to two planning board members to serve together on other municipal boards or commissions

Preserves the restriction limiting only one planning board member from serving on the conservation commission, local governing body, or other local land use boards

Takes effect 60 days after passage
