Mandates every town and city clerk to prominently display the prepared notice, with headers specifying whether amendments are proposed by a Constitutional Convention or by the Legislature

Notices must include the scheduled vote date and information about the constitutional amendment as described in existing law (RSA 663:3)

Secretary of State must maintain a webpage on the Department of State's website providing the same information as the physical notice

Notices must be displayed for at least 60 days prior to the statewide vote on the constitutional amendment; act takes effect 60 days after passage
