Amends RSA 466:30-a to add "guarding crops" as a permitted exception to the requirement that dogs not run at large without their owner or custodian

Dogs used for guarding crops would join existing exceptions for hunting, guarding/working/herding livestock, supervised competition and exhibition, and training

Owners must still be able to see, hear, or have reasonable knowledge of where the dog is when guarding crops

Effective date: January 1, 2027
