Modifies CPA education requirements to accept a post-baccalaureate degree, a baccalaureate degree plus 30 additional credit hours, or a baccalaureate degree alone, each with an accounting concentration as determined by the board

Allows CPA exam candidates to sit for the examination up to 120 days before obtaining their baccalaureate degree

Requires 2 years of experience for candidates with only a baccalaureate degree, or 1 year for those with a post-baccalaureate degree or baccalaureate plus 30 credits

Grants CPAs licensed in other states, U.S. territories, or the District of Columbia the privilege to practice in New Hampshire without notice, documentation, or fees, provided they meet the state's education, examination, and experience requirements

Replaces "substantial equivalency" terminology with "comparable" when evaluating foreign CPA designations for licensure and updates the Uniform Accountancy Act reference to include ongoing amendments
