Requires superintendent or school principal approval to determine whether a part-time teacher has the expertise or professional experience to teach in a subject area or dual enrollment course

Clarifies that the professional code of ethics and professional code of conduct apply to all part-time teachers, replacing language that only required them to "practice the principles" of the code

Part-time teachers may work up to 20 hours per week without holding a state board of education credential if they meet specified requirements

Part-time teachers must be employed or contracted as full-time or adjunct faculty by a University System of New Hampshire or Community College System of New Hampshire institution

Individuals who have had educator credentials revoked or are otherwise ineligible to work as educators cannot teach as part-time teachers under this section
