Allows school districts to similarly vote on including party affiliations on their official ballots through a warrant article at district meetings

Party affiliation would be shown using the first 3 letters of the party name in parentheses after the candidate's name (e.g., "DEM," "REP"), or "(UND)" for undeclared voters

Party affiliation displayed would be based on the candidate's registration status on the voter checklist at the time they declare candidacy

Towns and school districts that adopt this provision may later vote to rescind it through the same ballot question process
