Committee will investigate the existence of private-sector unemployment insurers and whether their participation would be desirable

First meeting required within 45 days of the act's effective date, with 2 members constituting a quorum

Final report with findings and legislative recommendations due to legislative leadership, governor, and state library by November 1, 2025
