Makes evidence obtained through face recognition technology in violation of the law inadmissible in any court or regulatory proceeding in New Hampshire, including derivative evidence unless sufficiently attenuated from the original violation

Completely prohibits the Department of Motor Vehicles from using face recognition technology or allowing access to its facial image database for such purposes, with no warrant exception

Establishes a class A misdemeanor penalty for violations, with the law taking effect 60 days after passage
