Second offense becomes a class A misdemeanor with a minimum $750 fine and mandatory license revocation of at least 30 days

Third offense carries a class A misdemeanor charge, minimum $750 fine, mandatory 15-day jail sentence, and indefinite license revocation (minimum one year) with required driver safety course for reinstatement eligibility

School bus camera footage may be used as evidence against vehicle owners or operators and must be made available by subpoena to county attorneys
