Requires certified appraisers supervising apprentice real estate appraisers to have no disciplinary actions in any jurisdiction within the 3 years prior to supervisory approval

Limits continuing education credit for teaching, program development, and instructional material preparation to no more than one-half of an individual's total continuing education requirements for relicensing or recertification

Maintains existing requirement that supervising appraisers must have been certified for at least 2 years before supervising apprentices

Requested by the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification

Takes effect 60 days after passage
