Electronic participation satisfies quorum requirements for all unit owner association meetings, board of directors meetings, and voting without a meeting

Permits governing bodies to vote on actions and approve meeting minutes by electronic means including email and video conferencing, regardless of contrary provisions in declarations or bylaws

Requires ballots and tally sheets from association votes to be made available in electronic versions for examination and recount; effective 60 days after passage
